The following programs, listed on the Character Education Online Profile Directory, are also part of the drop-down list of research-based programs appearing on the Title IV-A section of the NCLB Consolidated Grant Application. Character Education programs not appearing on this list may also be funded by Title IV-A, but will require a waiver application. Whether a waiver is required or not, to be supported by Title IV-A funds, a program must match the LEA's priority needs.

If you have any questions or would like assistance in obtaining information on Title IV-A funding for Character Education programming, please contact the Rutgers Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Project at 732-445-6173.
